Won't be long now. Basic tracks down, ample PTO time I can use to hunker down and clear these tunes out. These are too good to go unrecorded - proof of a late-breaking wisdom reckoning with my musical limitations. My ambitions for recordings are even more humble than ever: just get some good tracks and make sure the song is "finished" so I don't have to wing it at the last moment, which is how I ended up with as many goofy loose ends as my catalog has (but I'm sure you know that).
